Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact OriBit within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or videos of the issue so we can review your request.
We also accept eligible return or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery. Since some products are fulfilled through different partners, return eligibility and replacement options may vary depending on the product and supplier policy.
